PMS and Young Women
Q: I would like to know if PMS affects young women between the ages of 18
and 25 years. If so, what are the tests to check stress levels a week prior to
menstruation?

Dr. Donnica: PMS can affect menstruating women of any age. There
are no specific "tests" for this condition. PMS is a clinical diagnosis
based upon the specific symptoms a woman experiences.
